Initial Consultation - $195
Typically in-person (I am in the north Atlanta metro area), but I am also happy to arrange for a virtual consult! We will first discuss your garden/landscape goals and any issues you are currently having at your site. We will gather information about your site’s sunlight, water, wildlife, soil, terrain, and existing plants for consideration. Within 7-14 days of your consultation you will receive a customized preliminary plan with recommendations and/or an estimate for completing your project.

Custom Garden Design & Installation
After your consultation, I can help you source the materials and plants for your project and then get to work building your dream garden! I can complete the installation for you as a turnkey design, help point you in the right direction so you can confidently DIY (do it yourself), or we can collaborate somewhere in between. The cost can vary significantly depending on your vision for the space, materials used, and the level of support you are looking for, but here are some examples of project prices as a frame of reference:
Turnkey patio container garden with leafy greens and herbs, 6sqft of planting space: $400
Semi-DIY kitchen garden starter kit with variety of veggies, herbs, flowers, soil, and mulch; 2 raised beds w/ 64sqft planting space: $2000
Turnkey raised bed garden with variety of vegetables, fruits, herbs, flowers, soil, and mulch walkways; 4 raised beds, trellises w/ 128sqft of planting space: $6000
DIY in-ground berry patch, pollinator meadow, or cut flower bed with mulch, 36sqft planting space: $400
Ongoing Garden Consulting & Maintenance
I also offer a limited number of slots for recurring maintenance and ongoing garden consulting/coaching. I can act as a (knowledgeable) extra set of hands to help you maintain your landscape or garden, help show you the ropes as you are getting started, or just come and take care of everything for you while you just sit back and admire your plants! Here are some examples of what this might look like:
Quarterly visits to help you swap your kitchen garden over for each season: I bring the plants, seeds, soil, and materials, complete seasonal cleanup and planting
Monthly visits for landscape consulting/maintenance: adding in new plants, dividing existing plants, trimming, deadheading, weeding
Weekly visits for garden coaching and maintenance: working alongside you to help you learn to plant, harvest, trim, and maintain your garden
